It was great and open competition, the process was brightly clear for all candidates. I personally don't like the hiring and interview process of USAID it takes more time it has more selection stages.

You get to the panel interview after taking an English exam, which is pretty similar to the TOEFL but includes writing an essay on a relates topic. It may take several months to hear from them given all the processes they need to follow.
