Entrevista
Started out with some online videos about how difficult the work is. Then after being asked several times if I still wanted to continue the process, I was offered an opportunity to schedule a driving test. I scheduled a test, completed the test with a UPS manager who gave me ample opportunity to practice on the UPS lot before heading out onto the street. The interview process was limited other than some questions about driving experience prior to the drive the questions were limited. However, after being told that I had passed the driving test and that my test results would be submitted the same day, things got weird. I recieved a phone call the following morning around 8 AM stating that I was scheduled for a driving test that morning prior to the phone call and that I had not shown up. Then I contacted the employment line and they said that my driving test results were not submitted. UPS has invented a simple way to discriminate against anyone and everyone simply by lying, engaging in deceptive business practices (internally rescheduling a driving test appointment that was already completed) and then claiming that you have not shown up at the rescheduled time.

What do you know about UPS besides "we deliver packages."
Horrible hiring practice, training done online and when I got to the driving test that they called me to schedule, no one there had any idea I was coming and I didn’t even end up being able to do it .
