Interview was very casual. Easy. 1 on 1 interview with an HR Rep in her office that lasted maybe 10 min max. After passing the super easy interview, I was invited to attend a sort observation and started work a week from the interview for the shift I applied to.

Why do you want to work for UPS? Are you capable of lifting up to 70 pounds without assistance and more tan 70 pounds with assistance? Can you work the shift you are applying for? Do you have reliable transportation to and from work?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
