Entrevista
1st round phone interview with HR, relatively straightforward, just to do a background check. 2nd round interview with team management to discuss my previous work experience and was given an Excel test.
The HR interviewer was responsive and polite during the first round interview, which was mostly to make sure you're a good fit for the company culture. The second interview with the hiring manager was cordial, and it was more to assess fit to the role and your experience in the industry.

Standard walk through resume and then a few questions about leadership and accomplishments. Very conversational. Total of 2 rounds of interviews. Interview was really to determine if you would be a good fit at the company.

Short call with HR
Excel test and simple get to know yourself question
Technical skills with data using excel
Situational and behavioral questions
Interview with direct manager for around 30 mins
