had to fill out information online, got called for a tour of the place then about a week a later an interview. There were 3 of us that day I assume more people had also applied. The facility was very big and sort of old
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
