The interview process consists of a lecture on the company and safety standards. This is followed by an extensive tour of the facility and most if not all of the departments. After the tour potential employees are called in for the one-on-one interview.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
