Entrevista
I went on to the UPS jobs website and entered my information in. Then, I was given the option to make an appointment for a tour. It was scheduled for 3:30 am and there were no other options. I went to the appointment and was given a tour of the UPS facility. Then, there was time for Q & A. After that, they asked us individually if we could lift 70 pounds, if we could make it there on time every day, and if we were legally able to work. I could do all these things so I was asked to stay. Then, I had a one on one interview with someone from human resources. I was asked very basic questions about work history and schooling. It went very well. I was then told to come back the next day at 4:30 am. I met with the building manager who asked me a few basic questions. He asked me what I thought about stealing and what I would do if I saw a coworker stealing (the answer to this is always "I would never steal and I would tell on them"). After this, I was told I was hired and that I would hear back from them on a start date. It took about a month for them to call me and I started on a Monday. Hint: if you haven't received a call within 2 weeks, I would give them a call and see what's going on.

Pregunta 1
What would you do if you saw an employee stealing from a package?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
