I applied online and received a call two weeks later. Schedule a phone interview for the next day. After the interview, I was invited to take a 45 minute
UPS assessment online immediately after the interview. I received a phone call approximately 30 minutes after the timed assessment with the advisement that I had passed and to expect a final interview with a panel over the phone. This was a week ago. Still waiting on that email.

I filled out the application online. Then received the email about a week later to schedule the for the interview with a hiring manager. Interviewed within 2 weeks via Zoom.
Panel interview with a supervisor and HR. Very basic questions. Be professional and have good questions to ask, and you should be fine. You'll be surprised with some of the people they let through the interview process if you make it through the other side.

The Interview was pretty basic, they asked me about my previous experience on sales. They are not looking for you to be an expert but at least some experience. They also asked me about my education.
