It was scarcely an interview. It was more a description of the on-boarding process. She described a method to circumvent the company required safety training to start work sooner and mentioned the identity documents that would be required.

Entrevista
The interview process was very straight forward. All applicants gathered at a UPS facility and listened to an HR representative describe the jobs duties. After a 30 minute description of the work, each candidate was interviewed individually. The interview was very brief.
