After submitting my application for the internship , I received an invitation for a phone screening with a recruiter, afterwards I was told I'd hear back from them, then got an email to set up a time for an in-person behavioral interview at their office. The interview was about 60-75 minutes and focused on walking through my resume and sharing my experiences.

I first applied for the job. Eventually, I heard back from one of the recruiters and HR. They make sure that you know information about UPS. Then, it was a virtual interview using Zoom.
Went to a career fair and sent in an application. Then, I got a phone call from the hiring manager. During the call the hiring manager gave an unofficial offer.

They just wanted to know more about my background. No hard or technical questions.
Behavioral interview process, it was over the course of a couple of months. But the interview depends on what department you work with. They ask about your skills and also why you applied to UPS and what you know about the company.
