The interview process was very laid back and simple. There was a scheduled time for the people who all applied for the same position to come in and here about the job. Then after that there was one on one interviews.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
