Online interview over a video conference app. The interviewer asked basic questions about understanding what the job entailed etc. Overall it was an easy interview but sadly I did not get the position.

Are you in good enough physical shape to get work in position
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
