Submitted application online and received a phone call to set up 1:1 interview. Mostly asked about physical aspect of job and concerns as well as straight forward personality questions. Helped to have employee referral so they move the application to the top of the stack.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
