More just an online process and just show up for orientation thats basically it and than they just show you a little bit of how to do it.You than just kinda practice on remembering the color codes for different states

It was long but thorough , I feel the process is the way it is because your responsibility is peoples orders. And personal info, items. It’s a good company to work for
