A group interview very brief and straight to the point a group interview so no real one on one everything was quick just a tour of the facility the day to day activities and how everything works

Can you stand for a long period of time?
Can you lift 50 pounds?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
