Applied online. Schedule an appointment around 6 AM. Arrived here early than 6 AM. The HR guy give us a tour around the warehouse. Then we went back to the conference room and waited to interviewed. After that I left the warehouse and headed back to my place. Never got a call back and I'll never bother call them to ask why anyway.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
