Interview with unit director and clinician. They asked situational question so have examples ready. Other than that the interview was easy. Look up the upmc core values, they also ask about that

Time you went above and beyond? Time you had to deal with conflict?
Simple and straightforward. Interviewed for two different jobs one had hr present the other did not. Casual conversation that flowed well. Spoke about prior experience. Orientation went well and was called back for both positions either same day or 3 days later.

Pretty easy, not the best schedule system but the unit seems nice. Also seems short staffed and I am worried about workload and overtime commitments. Also have heard they have high pull rates.

Entrevista
I went in for an interview and was asked behaviour response questions based on previous experiences. The interviewer was very understanding that I had no healthcare experience and tried to help relate the questions to customer service jobs I’ve had.
