A recruited called me to discuss the position and to see if I was interested. The recruiter then set up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was basic, most of the questions they asked were about previous experience. Everybody at the health plan was very helpful and friendly though out the interview process.

I took two interviews and then they ghosted me not a rejection no nothing first was with recruiter nothing technical just getting to know soft skills and describing role second had someone from the team to describe technical questions and asked a few SQL basic questions

Entrevista
Recruiter call, hiring manager interview, and finally a panel interview. All was well until the panel interview in which I had to "speak" with three individuals from completely unrelated departments. None of them could really articulate what their roles (and even more surprisingly, what their departments) really did. None of them paid much attention at all to the interview and were visibly focused on other tasks. Other than that, interview was super easy and primarily behavioral based.

Applied online through UPMC career portal. Had an initial phone interview with the IT manager, then a teams interview with the manager and a couple team members, followed by an in person meet the team interview.
