The process had two rounds - a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. It was conducted in a seamless manner with clear instructions given at every step of the way. The interview was of around 25-30 mins and involved a blend of functional (HR) and business related questions.

It was not that technical, but more focused on knowing the candidate personally and their background. It mostly contained HR questions and a little bit of situation based questions, which are again based on candidates' experience and background.
