I submitted an application and received a phone call the day of, after a week, I had an interview with both the Boutique Manager and regional manager, I was offered the position on spot and started the position the week after.

In person-30 mints interview . The process was really quick and the management of store was well-structured. Manager and Assistant manager took the interview and asked me more about my experience for working in Sales and how do I tackle certain situations or My target achievements so far.
