After the longlisting/shortlisting, I was invited to take the written test. Very complex question. I made it to what I believe was the final step of the process. Before the interview, I was asked to take a JSL personality test. Made it to the interview step. In all, the process lasted 10 (!) months for a position they had indicated as urgent. Very little information and backup of the interview eventhough the process was very time-consuming. Very negative impression overall - I will never apply again to any position with them.
