Everything went smooth. I was first called for a written test, which I passed. Then they invited me for an interview. After some time, I was informed by my former managers that reference checks were carried out. Then they just disappeared, with no answer to my emails asking about the recruitment procedure. Very unprofessional.

The interview process was not very difficult but it was extremely lengthy. It took 9 months to complete the process from the date I submitted my app. More transparency during the interview process would have been appreciated. The process should also be expedited.
