The interview process was simple. I had a 45 minutes interview . It is a competency based interview when I was asked specific question about how I did in a specific situation in the past. The questions start for example like this : Tell us about a time when... ? And the key is to provide specific example, but also good ones showing the interviewer how well you did in that situation. This will convince him on your ability to use the same competency in the job if hired.
