The hiring process in total took 3 months from application submitted to offer. Very straightforward with an initial 2-hour test given followed by a 30 min interview. The interview was straightforward and more relaxed than most. It was with my current supervisor and a fellow intern. The types of questions included: what is your weakness? demonstrate your teamwork skills? tell me of a situation where you faced a problem and solved it? All in all, it rates highly in terms of recruitment experiences.

Great, quick process. Paid internship, which was nice. I didn't end up landing the role, but got an internship with another UN entity in the end. I hope they found the best person for the role!
Competency based interview with a panel of four people and four questions. After the interview I was noticed about my status two weeks later. I began to work 3 months since the beginning of the process.
