The first step was a two hour written assignment which was fully online followed by a 45 minute panel interview. The interview consisted of an introduction and mostly competency-based questions.

The process was really smooth and straightforward. Although the written assessment was a bit generic, behind the whole recruitment process, I was able to find amazing people. It was difficult to reject the offer.

Entrevista
There was a written test. If you pass the written test, you will be invited to the competency-based interview. It took around 45 minutes with 3-6 questions. You can prepare some experience in advance to match the competency in the job vacancies of UNOPS.
