Long listed in first 3 wks, then saw I got short listed, waited for awhile until I actually got an email from them. Then was invited for 3 hrs written test. Passed the threshold and topped 3. Did the interview with 3 interview panels. Interview was ok. Typical CBI questions.

Written assessment (3 hours for 2 questions) first then an interview with a panel of 3 people 1 month later. Typical competency based questions. The panel asked me 5 different questions. It is an easy process if one is prepared.
