Entrevista
Interview is typically conducted via Skype or phone. In most cases it follows the Competency-based Interview structure. Following the brief introduction on the post, interview panel members and procedure, interviewers take turn to ask 3-4 questions on particular competency areas that they consider relevant to the post.

o What were the unique elements in the situation and your task?

o What would you do differently in hindsight?
Question 2: Analyzing
• Describe a time when deciding on an appropriate course of action required careful and
through review of complex and information from multiple sources
o Briefly describe the situation and your task
o Which sources did you exactly analyze?
o What strategies were generated as a result of the analysis
o What were the particular challenges?
Question 3: Relating and networking
• Describe a time when you initiated and developed an effective working relationship with key
stakeholders
o Why was the networking important?
o How did you establish the working relationship?
o What were the particular challenges?
o What would you do differently in hindsight?

Entrevista
The process took approximately 3 months. I did a written test then an Interview. The written test included powerpoint presentation, question on implementation strategy and data management. The Interview was included motivation question and CBI

environ 4-5 questions avec des requestions apres chacune. En general tres gentil mais pas faciles les questions. Une fois jái du recommencer la reponse avec les indications recues par la chef de la section education

Interview was poorly managed and members had no technical background, questions was mainly scenarios with very few analytical information. The did not follow the concept of competency based interview. it was online and they were late 15 minutes.
