I was shortlisted and interviewed for this position and was told that the results would be communicated within two weeks. It's now been over two years, and I have never received any feedback. I saw the same position re-advertised about a month later, and again three months after that. At that point, I decided not to reapply. It's quite disappointing to go through a full interview process and never hear back.
