Entrevista
It was conversational. They were interested in hearing about past experiences. They were also looking to see about my goals and how those fit into the job description. Lastly, they cared to know about my skills and how they could be used to enhance the work for the position.
It was a written test that took place as part of a 45-minute interview process, during which I had to answer a series of basic questions in both French and English, all scheduled and completed on the same day.

Introduce yourself, questions about current events, the organization and their particularity.
Il colloquio è competence based.
Dura all'incirca 30 min. L'importante è spiegare perchè si vuole lavorare lì e poi verranno fatte delle domande per testare le tue competenze (per esempio client orientation: ti è mai capitato di non poter soddisfare completamente le richieste di un tuo cliente? Come ti sei comportata?)

I received an e-mail and was invited to an online interview. They suggested a time and date. The panel consisted of 4 people. They started with competency-based questions and then moved to more specific questions.
