When you get selected, you are invited to take part in a written test, containing an open question about a specific aspect of the Convention, such as its relevance to improve industrial safety and its ties with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, and the task to create a PowerPoint presentation on the interlinkages between the Convention, the Sustainable Development Goals and the Sendai Framework on Disaster Risk Reduction. Lastly, if you pass the written test, you are invited for an interview where you personal conviction and professional/academic experience is tested through standard job interview questions such as "give an example of how you solved a specific issue/dealt with a problem" or "give an example of how you worked in a team".
