I was invited to the interview about 3 weeks after the deadline for submission of applications. The interview took place after a couple of days. It was a 45-minute Skype interview (no camera) with three panel members: one from the Country Office, one from Regional Office and one from Head Quarters. Competence-based, that means that they asked for examples from my professional experience.

Written test, followed by a panel interview with 3 interviewees and one representative from HR. Interview method follows STAR, they ask a question and want to know how you would respond to it. Situations they would describe are very similar to job description
