A few weeks after applying, I got invited for a written assignment. No preparation was needed and the task was fair but challenging due to limited of time. A week later I got invited for a 20 minutes interview which basially asked me about my motivation, experience related to the job and some conflict about how to handle a conflict.
The interview process was very long. It took them more than a month to inform me about the interview, and the same amount of time after the interview. But the interview was nice, not easy at all. They want to hear your opinion about the stuff related to their cluster.

Was about 3 rounds with a complex practice test testing for various relevant skills. Make sure to do research on the initiatives happening on a global level to reference in the interview. It will also help give you opportunities to find areas to connect with.
