Phone call interview with manager and associate within team. Both of whom i would be working for whilst at UN. Heard back after 2 weeks with email requesting time and date for phone call. Spoke for 45 minutes over generic competency and work experience questions. A lot of focus was the on the direct relevance to the organisation i.e. urban resilience, for example, and what personal knowledge and experience had i gained prior to UN.
