It's generally not proper etiquette for a company to keep you in there building for three hours going through the policies and regulations of the company handbook before your even hired. Basically this interview was such a waking nightmare that they didn't even bother to tell me my starting salary before actually offering me the position. By the way this place was run from the interview alone, I decided not to take the job. I came to later find out later; fortunately for me, that even the job description was a blatant lie in comparison to what was actually required of you.
