I recently had the opportunity to interview with UL Solutions, and I wanted to share my experience for anyone who might be preparing for a similar role!
The process was smooth, structured, and insightful, giving me a chance to showcase both my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. It started with an initial screening, where I discussed my background, projects, and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical round, which tested my coding skills, problem-solving approach, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms. I also had a behavioral interview, where we dove into my past experiences, teamwork, and how I approach challenges.

Pretty simple and straightfoward and heard back the next day with an offer. Brush up on some technical terms and what you're skill set is. Only had 1 online microsoft teams interview meeting.
