Had one phone interview with a Sales Talent Scout at UKG. She messaged me via LinkedIn to schedule a call to discuss the opportunity further. Asked a few basic interview questions, then never got back to me. It super stressful when a company just leaves you hanging.

The interview process was positive, organized and welcoming. I felt very comfortable with the interactions. Overall it was a thorough process. I appreciate that the recruiter was supportive throughout and that I was able to meet several key leaders as well as team members. This allowed me to gain different perspectives.
