Interview first with recruiter, then hiring manager, then HR representative, then panel review . The process took place over a 30 day period, roughly one week a part. Panel interview had a total of 4 managers asking lots of questions.

Very lengthy, thorough and intense. 4 total interviews, the company is only looking for those who truly share its values. I knew this was the right company for me immediately, based on the fact that they were using their own Internal Recruiter initially and hire almost exclusively from Internal recomendations. The passion for the culture and organization was clear in the voices and faces of everyone I met. When I was onsite for the interview, people who did not know I was applying were kind, polite, smiling, everyone seemed happy, including those playing basketball in the main lobby of the companies headquarters. I was sold before I sold myself.
