Intense, but well thought out interview process. On-site process spanned 2-days with 6-hours the first day broken up into 1-hour long meetings with multiple people from each department of the university. Many of the questions overlap, and by the end of the day both my body and voice were exhausted, but the groups I interviewed with were all very intelligent, and friendly. The second day was only 2-hours and was spent one-on-one with the final decision makers, who asked a few high level questions, but generally were getting to know you as a person, and I believe looking for culture fit. I rate the interview as difficult, only be cause of the length of the first day. The interview questions themselves were relevant and well thought-out.
