Entrevista
The interview was very short and to the point. There were around 5 or 6 questions asked, many simply pertaining to working at the company in general (e.g. why this company, who you are). The interview was to fill a spot that had previously been vacated, which was one reason the interview was delayed later than the time the application was filed. The questions were all behavioral.

Phone Interview was setup. They said it was a casual interview but didn't feel like one. The interviewer spoke more about the company than about the position. Questions were vague. Two people interviewed me at the same time, talking over each other. The position on offer wasn't even a paid one. I think I was fortunate to have not got the position because from what I've heard this company is going nowhere. Not a good experience.
I had a phone interview for an unpaid internship. The interview was really short and really fast. The person that interviewed me asked me basic questions about things on my resume. After about 5 questions, the person interviewing me said alright thats the end of the interview we will contact you about the next steps. I got an email the next day that I was not accepted for the internship.
