I had applied for a Senior Environmental Scientist position and was informed by a recruiter that my I didn't meet the requirements for this position. Despite my 15+ years of experience, I was informed by the recruiter to re-apply for an entry level position within the company. I e-mailed the recruiter back informing him that I saw where this was going and not interested in applying.
