The initial Microsoft teams interview was scheduled ~1 week after I submitted my application, and then the job offer email outlining benefits & next steps was received ten days after that. There were 3 managers from different units at the interview. I am still waiting on the official offer letter after a week. Sounds like a great company and love that the new grad program is CCNE accredited.

Apply online with resume, cover letter (optional), one letter of recommendation or five references. Pick three units that you are interested in. They will contact you to set up interviews with the hiring managers. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams.
