It was a group interview where you had to talk in front of the other applicants like you are a tour guide. It was in a large room and there were about 6 other applicants. There was a tour guide manager and the hiring manager with us.
3 rounds of interviews: informal interview, group interview, mock tour
Informal interview grouped into two different sessions. Each person gave an "elevator speech" and groups designed mock tours
Group interview was more formal and like a typical interview, with about 10 people.
