The very first stage is just asking some behavior questions, together with the prior experience and some brain teasers. questions are like your coding experience and why are you applying.
It involved a face to face interview with the team leader (hiring manager) along with a senior member of the team, followed by a video interview with the local Unit Head and finally the Department Head based in Zurich.
The questions were practical, based on my experience, motivation to take on the role and with some practical questions to test my ability to understand some of the daily workload.
