Entrevista
The interview process consisted of an initial online application followed by a short phone screening with HR. Afterwards, I was invited to a virtual interview with a team member, where we discussed my academic background, availability, and motivation. The questions were straightforward and focused on my work ethic, ability to manage time, and communication skills. The process was professional and completed within 4 weeks.
