Began with a cognitive text, proceeded to a solo video interview, and culminated with a video meeting involving the hiring managers for the hiring process. This was a very long process with a lot of steps that maybe seemed a bit redundant.
First round was panel Interview with 2 people, Ask questions on Statistics and resume. One was the VP of the team and other was regional manager. The Interview was not that difficult. But then I was ghosted. There was no reply from either HR or anyone else, I tried contacting them several times
4 rounds in total, 1 HR and 3 interviews with different members of the team, overall a smooth process with focus on the candidate experience and the value add to the team
