Some competency questions (e.g. Why UBS? Why this role?), online tests (numerical and reasoning) then a hirevue, standard bank recruiting process. Took a while to hear back though. For me there was no AC, may have changed since then.

The interview process at UBS varies slightly by division (Investment Banking, Global Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management). However, the structure is broadly consistent in the UK, particularly for London roles.

Smooth process from online assessments, to hirevues, then to final stage online interviews where the majority of questions are quite behavioural with little-to-no technical questions, but more of an emphasis on general market awareness.
