The first three tasks were all online and with no human interaction. First I had to complete two online assessment tests regarding my analytical skills and reading comprehension. After that, a Video Interview followed. The questions were displayed and I had 2-3 min. to answer. Everything was video recorded. The last two interviews take place in person.

2 online tests both 20 questions with time constraint, one numeric which requires you to look at charts and choose the right figures, and one true false which require to read paragraphs and choose if the statement is right or not, then interview

Very nice they were very friendly and professional. The questions were fair and they asked plenty of questions to make you feel at ease. It was a great experience and they even provide feedback at the end.

First part is online tests, it will be numerical reasoning and deductive reasoning. if you study a bit beforehand you will be fine, just do practice shl tests. after online tests is the video assesement
