Application then online test then video interview (8 questions) and then the final round. Video interviews are standard and based on your chosen division. Final round is 2*30 min 1v2 interview from people in your. chosen division. They are likely to be the hiring managers. Include both technical and competency.
Not easy, but one of the most enjoyable interviews I have been through, due to real interest in the candidates history and knowledge. Interviewers were chill and genuinely interested in the person interviewed. Questions were not easy, but not ultra hard.
