Applied online and was called in for an in-person interview the next day. On their job posting they said things like "we welcome anyone who is interested in wealth management, no experience needed!" but that was not at all what my experience was like. The interviewer bombarded me with questions that only those already in the field/keep up with the new CONSTANTLY would know. Then they proceeded to ask insane questions like "how many earrings was my assistant who you saw at the door wearing?" and stuff like that. The interviewer also kept emphasizing how hard this industry is and how low the retention rate was. It was almost like they wanted you NOT to apply to this job!

20 minute phone call. Mostly consisting of behavioral/ resume questions that were relatively general. Call is to get a feel for your experience and why you are interested in wealth management/ finance.
