The phone interview as usual included a description of the position and was asked to provide details on my backgound. That was followed up by few questions from my resume. This was followed up by onsite interview the next week where I had to meet with the team lead and few team members, then answer technical questions in paper. The questions are meant to check the minimum skill level, so was not hard.
